Hayley Orrantia, an American actor, singer, and song writer. Her most well-known role is Erica Goldberg who stars in "The Goldbergs," the comedy television show. But she is primarily musician. It is the first thing that interests her. She is experimenting with since she was nine years old. When she reached the age of 12 the music she was playing took on a serious nature and she began professional training. After experimenting with writing songs, she recorded the album with music covers when she was 14. It was the beginning of her career. Orrantia is an American native with Hispanic roots. While she has never lived in or spoken Spanish in Mexico She is very proud about her Hispanic heritage. Her goal is to preserve it through the creation of Spanish songs, and also studying the language. She has recorded a Spanish version of a track, titled 'Hasta Verte. Orrantia was chosen to be an audition for the first season in the summer of the year 2011. Orrantia was the winner of the initial season of The X-Factor when she uploaded a YouTube performance video. The judge gave her the four "yes" vote from the judge during the live stage audition in Seattle. The first time she auditioned, she was solo however, during "Hollywood week" she was put with three other female vocalists to form a trio during remaining auditions. They were eventually eliminated at the final show.
